Order & Delivery Information

We recommend you read through this information before ordering Aquaheal to make your order experience easy and free of surprises.

Minimum Order Quantity:

4 Bottles

The minimum order of Aquaheal is four 10 Liter bottles, which is sufficient for one person for 4 weeks (1,5 Liter/day).

The Short-term benefits require between two and four weeks of regular intake to take effect, and the Medium-term benefits require a minimum of four weeks to take effect. Aquaheal requires regular and consistent consumption in order to improve your health.

How and When to buy:

Website or Phone Call

As of March 2021, Aquaheal is available to order exclusively on our website or via phone call.

Aquaheal is not available in markets or stores.

Delivery:

Only in Jordan, within Amman, to your specified location, with Aquaheal’s own distribution vehicles.

Currently, Aquaheal delivery is limited to Amman residents in Jordan.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation, your order will be queued in our delivery system and you will receive an estimated delivery time. You will be informed on the day of delivery, and an Aquaheal vehicle will arrive at your specified location and deliver your order.

There are plans in the near future to extend delivery to include the central governorates in Jordan, then to the rest of the governorates. Global shipping is planned to begin within a year.

Payment:

Cash upon delivery, with authentic Aquaheal Vouchers.

The first time your order, as well as every time you finish an order and start a new one, you will receive a voucher booklet with the total number of bottles you have ordered which you will pay for in cash upon the first delivery, and use as payment for every delivery until your booklet is finished.

Important note: authentic Aquaheal vouchers are stamped to prevent fraud. Make sure your vouchers are stamped before you pay for your voucher booklet and report any fake vouchers directly to us.

The minimum number of bottles per delivery is 4 bottles; you can of course take more bottles per delivery if you have ordered more, but you also have the option of dividing your delivery.
Example: If you select the minimum subscription which is the Quarterly Subscription for one person (12 bottles). We will deliver a booklet containing 3 vouchers (each voucher is equivalent to 4x10 Liter bottles. You can take 4 bottles upon the first delivery, and schedule to receive 4 the next month, and 4 the third month. You will notice that our subscriptions save you more money the more bottles you order.

So do not worry about ordering all these bottles! We will deliver fresh water to you every time, and spare you storage space.
